Apartments

All apartments are reached through a central staircase. Behind the apartment entrance door there is a hallway with a checkroom, from which you can also reach the modern shower room. In unfamiliar surroundings, it is sometimes difficult to find one's way around at night. The light in the hallway is therefore controlled by a motion detector, so that you can always reach the bathroom without accidents.

Most apartments have a cozy eat-in kitchen with a dining area. In the modern fitted kitchen are electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and enough dishes, cutlery and pots / pans available. Of course, there is also a living area with sofa, coffee table, armchair and flat screen TV.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms for two persons each with a sufficiently large closet. Each apartment has a safe for your personal valuables.

Our vacation rentals are named after the surrounding cities and towns. We have built the following mnemonic bridges: The small apartments are called "Limbach" and "Penig" - like the small towns in the neighborhood. Another small apartment is called "Oberfrohna" because it is a maisonette and has an "Oberstübchen". Chemnitz is a big city, so the apartment "Chemnitz" has two bedrooms. The "Wolkenburg" is in the building at the top - so "in the clouds". Only at "Mühlau" we have not yet found a donkey's path (but a name may be remembered).
